GATHERINGS
The sherpa community get together every quarter and like to take turns hosting the party. These are good opportunities for folk who have responsibility for driving cultural change to get together with people in the same boat, but who work in different settings, and who might be at different stages of the journey. The community provides support structures and a great environment for sharing information and learning.
